Accommodation & Housing Related Support Services

We Support Vulnerable People
with Temporary Housing

We promote a more positive way of living, by encouraging a healthier and more active way of life through:

  • Long-term affordable housing solutions
  • Temporary Accommodation
  • Tenancy/Housing Related Support
  • Support in everyday life skills
  • Partnership working with specialist services to aid recovery e.g., substance misuse, exploitation, and mental health

We take great care in providing our service users with support, employment training programs, and workshops to empower them to build a brighter future for themselves so they can move on from our service into affordable housing.

With many years of experience between them, the senior management team uses a variety of resources to assess and establish the needs of the people referred to our services and then match these requirements to suitable accommodation. Once placed within one of our services/provisions a person-specific support plan is implemented to ensure their needs are met and assist them with any identified issues and challenges that could put their accommodation at risk.

Having established relationships with many local authorities, charities, housing associations and private landlords, we operate cost-effective services that are continuously monitored and reviewed to ensure they stay relevant to our client’s needs and deliver positive outcomes, through effective collaboration.

How It Works

Temporary Accommodation + Support & Guidance = Transition to Independent Living

Someone you are responsible for, or wish to help, needs support. They may be struggling with mental health, have fallen on tough times, or are a victim of abuse. They are either currently, or soon to be homeless. Community Support is there for them, offering a place to stay, a helping hand, and support for a fresh start leading to an independent future.
