Landlords
We work in partnership with our landlords to source and manage compliant and quality accommodation for our clients. We seek to develop long-term, proactive working relationships with our landlords to ensure that the properties continue to meet our requirements. Properties are regularly inspected by our experienced housing management team. We have a constant need for stand-alone flats, houses, HMO’s and blocks of flats in several London boroughs and are happy to provide a free rental valuation to let you know how much rent we can guarantee you get paid and for what period we will require the property, usually no less than 3 years.
We are actively looking for accommodation/properties in Enfield, Edmonton, Haringey, Tottenham, Barnet, Waltham Forest, Newham, Islington, Camden, Hertfordshire, Essex and the surrounding areas so please call us to discuss what you have available and what you are thinking of buying so we can discuss what we can offer you.
